When sealcoating and hot crack filling are not enough; you are in need of patchwork. The following images are examples of asphalt in need of patch work.

Our Process:

  1. We saw cut the damaged area and remove the loose asphalt
  2. We compact the sub base using either a plate compactor or a roller
  3. We brush the side walls of the patch using tac coat (this helps the new asphalt adhere to the old)
  4. New asphalt is brought in, raked, and compacted flush with the existing pavement
  5. We hot crack fill the seem where the old asphalt meets the new asphalt. This will prevent water from getting in underneath the patch; extending its life and guaranteeing long lasting results.
