You do not need to be home. All we ask is that the driveway is clear of cars, and other obstructions.

You can drive on your driveway 48 hours after completion. You can normally walk on it within three to four hours depending on the temperature and humidity.

If we are unable to work on a specific day due to weather conditions you will receive a phone call, and we will reschedule your driveway as soon as possible.

5. How can I pay upon completion of your services?
A bill will be left on your door or in your mailbox with the price agreed upon prior to the services. You can mail a check made out to Prestige Sealcoating LLC to the address listed on your bill.

6. How often should I have my driveway sealed?
Sealcoat should be applied every two to three years for proper upkeep of an asphalt driveway.

7. Will sealcoat fill in my cracks?
Our sealcoat is a slurry mix which means it contains sand. This will help fill cracks less than an 1/8 of an inch wide. This mixture also helps to hide minor imperfections in the driveway's surface.

9. What happens if sealer splatters on my house due to rain?
As of August 10, 2014 Prestige Sealcoating LLC will no longer be held responsible or liable for damages occurring to personal property due to acts of god or property owner neglect. For example: pop up showers, rain storms, thunderstorms, hailstorms, high winds, fallen leaves, leaking gutters, sprinklers, watering flowers, loose animals, or children, etc.

This tends to occur do to an excess of sand on the surface being sheared off. Your driveway doesn't fully cure for thirty days after being sealed, the tire marks will dissipate.

11. My driveway just got sealed, so why can I see oil spots?
We treat all oil spots prior to sealing any driveway, but severe oil spots cannot be treated. They must be cut out and repaired otherwise we cannot guarantee the results.
